A homeowner looking for a painter, a remodeler, or someone to haul away a garage full of junk is almost always on a phone, usually in the middle of the problem, and usually comparing three companies at once. The contractor who wins that job is rarely the cheapest. It is the one whose site loads first, looks like a real business, shows real work, and makes calling or asking for a quote take one thumb.
Forzur designs and builds websites for contractors and home service businesses around that moment. Every site is custom-coded rather than assembled from a theme, so it is fast on a weak cellular signal, and every page is laid out so the next step, a call or an estimate request, is never more than a tap away. We build from Raleigh, NC for trades across the Triangle and remotely for service businesses anywhere.
We have built for painters, a full-service home improvement company, a family-owned junk removal operator, and a commercial air filtration company. The work below is real and live, and the same thinking goes into every new build.

What the website has to do
Make calling the easiest thing on the page
Most home service jobs start with a phone call, not a form. A tap-to-call button that follows the visitor down the page on mobile, a phone number in the header that is a real link, and business hours stated plainly do more for booked jobs than any amount of design polish. For Titan Junk Removal, click-to-call is the dominant action on every screen because that is how the category actually converts.
Keep the quote request short enough to finish one-handed
A quote form with twelve fields gets abandoned in a driveway. We ask for the minimum needed to call someone back, a name, a number, the job, and an optional photo, and we route the rest of the conversation to a person. For In Living Color Painters we built the quote flow to be finished on a phone with one hand, because that is where homeowners fill it in.
Prove the work with photos of real jobs
A homeowner is deciding whether to let a stranger into their house. Stock photography of a smiling crew undercuts that decision, while photos of finished jobs in real homes support it. We design galleries and before-and-after layouts around your own project photos, and we tell you which shots to take on the next job if you do not have them yet.
Let visitors find their specific job
A remodeler who lists every service in one paragraph forces a visitor to work out whether a bathroom refresh is something they do. Separate, plainly named service pages let a homeowner self-identify in a few seconds, and each one gives Google a page to rank for that exact job. Signature Home Solutions organizes its full range of work this way, with the estimate request on every page.
Show up in the map results for your service area
For most trades, the Google map pack sends more calls than the organic results under it. That means a complete Google Business Profile, a site whose name, number, and service area match it exactly, service area pages for the towns you actually work in, and a steady flow of reviews. We build the site side of that from day one rather than treating local SEO as a later add-on.
Stop losing the calls you cannot answer
A contractor on a roof or under a sink misses calls, and a missed call usually becomes someone else's job. If that is costing you work, we can add an AI receptionist that answers after hours and mid-job, takes the details, and books the estimate, alongside text-back and review requests once the job is done.

Guides from The Den
Questions we get asked
Do I need a website if I already get work from referrals and my Google listing?
Referrals still check you out online before they call, and a Google listing with no website behind it, or a dated one, loses the comparison against the contractor who has one. The site is also what your Business Profile links to, so it carries a lot of the weight that decides whether you show up in the map results at all.
Can you build pages for each town we serve?
Yes, as long as each page has something real to say about the work you do there. A page per town with the same paragraph and a different city name gets filtered out by Google. We build service area pages with genuine local detail, such as the jobs you have done nearby and the neighbourhoods you cover, or we tell you a single strong page will serve you better.
Will I be able to update photos and services myself?
Yes. Adding project photos, editing a service, or changing your hours should never need a developer, and we set the site up so it does not. If you would rather not touch it at all, a care plan covers updates, hosting, and monitoring for a flat monthly fee.
How fast can a contractor website go live?
A focused home service site typically runs two to six weeks, and the biggest variable is usually photos and service details rather than the build. You see real screens of your own site before anything is coded, so there are no surprises at launch.
We already have a site. Is it worth replacing?
Not always. If your site loads quickly on a phone, makes calling easy, and you are simply not getting found, local SEO and reviews will move the needle more than a rebuild. Run it through our free speed test first, and we will give you a straight answer about which problem you actually have.
