What is the difference between web design and web development?
Design is how the site looks, reads and moves: layout, type, colour, and the path a visitor takes to the thing you want them to do. Development is the engineering underneath it. We do both, and plenty of projects need both. If you already have a site that works but looks its age, design is probably all you need.
Do I need a redesign or a full rebuild?
If the site is slow, breaks on phones, or fights you every time you edit it, that is a rebuild. If it works fine and simply looks dated or is not converting, that is a redesign. We will tell you which one you are looking at before you spend anything, even when the honest answer is the cheaper one.
Will a redesign hurt my search rankings?
It can, and that is usually what goes wrong when agencies redesign. Rankings live in URLs, page structure and content, so we map every existing URL before anything changes, keep what ranks, and redirect what moves. Preserving the traffic you already earned is part of the job, not an upsell.
Do I see the design before you build it?
Yes. You see real screens of your actual site, not a mood board and not a stock template with your logo dropped in. Nothing gets built until you have looked at the design and said yes.
Can you work with my existing brand?
Of course. If you have a logo, colours and type you are happy with, we design inside them. If the brand is the actual problem, we will say so and you can decide whether to fix that first.
Do you design for phones as well?
Every design is built for phones first, because that is where most of your visitors already are. Desktop gets the same care, it just stops being the thing we design around.
