Recent builds
A SaaS marketing site has two readers at once. One is the buyer skimming for whether the product solves their problem and what it costs. The other is the technical evaluator who will compare you line by line against two competitors before anyone books a demo. A site written for only one of them loses the other, and a site that tries to say everything at once turns into documentation nobody finishes.
Forzur designs and builds SaaS and technology websites that carry both readers to the same conversion, whether that is a demo, a trial, or a signup. We build on Next.js and React, the same stack many product teams already ship on, so the marketing site is fast, accessible, and easy for your own engineers to extend instead of being a page-builder island nobody on the team wants to touch.
Our SaaS work includes the brand and marketing site for Construxos, a construction technology platform, and the marketing site for QuestBlue, a cloud communications provider. We are based in Raleigh, NC and work with product companies anywhere.

What the website has to do
Show the product before asking for the demo
Buyers in conservative industries are sceptical of software and want to see it working before they give up an hour to a sales call. For Construxos we designed client portal previews so prospects can see the platform before committing to a demo. Real interface shots, short loops, and annotated screens do more than any amount of feature copy.
Let each pricing tier make its own case
A pricing table that lists features in rows rarely tells a buyer which plan is for them. Tier pages that name the customer each plan is built for, and what changes as a team grows, let visitors qualify themselves. QuestBlue publishes transparent pricing tiers precisely so buyers can compare it against competitors without waiting on a quote.
Give technical evaluators the depth they need
The engineer or operations lead vetting your product wants specifics: integrations, security posture, limits, uptime, and how the API behaves. Feature pages with real depth, linked from a clean overview, keep that reader on your site rather than sending them to a competitor's docs, without burying the signup for everyone else.
Separate the marketing site from the app
Coupling the marketing site to the product codebase means every copy change waits on a release. We build the marketing site as its own fast, statically rendered application with a CMS your marketing team can publish from, while sharing your design tokens and components so the site and the product still feel like one company.
Earn a place in AI answers and comparison searches
SaaS buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI results for tool recommendations before they ever reach a vendor's site. Clear category language, comparison and alternative pages, structured data, and consistent facts across the web are what those answers draw from, and we build the site so it can be cited accurately.
Instrument the funnel from the first visit
A site you cannot measure is a site you cannot improve. We wire up analytics events for the actions that matter, such as pricing views, demo requests, and trial starts, and pass attribution through to your CRM, so you can see which pages and channels produce pipeline rather than just traffic.

Questions we get asked
Can our engineers work on the site after you hand it over?
Yes, and that is the point of building it this way. The site is a standard Next.js and TypeScript codebase in your own repository, with no proprietary builder underneath, so your team can extend it with the tools and review process they already use. We document the structure and the content model at handoff.
Do you design the product interface as well as the marketing site?
We can. Some clients bring us in for the marketing site alone, while others need product screens, onboarding flows, or a customer portal designed and built too. We scope the two separately, because the problems and the people reviewing the work are different.
We are pre-launch. What should the first version of the site include?
Less than most founders expect: a clear statement of who the product is for and what it replaces, a few strong product visuals, a waitlist or demo request, and an honest about page. A focused first site you can change weekly is worth more than a sprawling one built for a product that will look different in six months.
Can you rebrand us at the same time as the new site?
Yes. For Construxos we developed the full brand identity alongside the marketing site, which is often the efficient order, since the site is where most people first meet the brand. If your brand already works, we design inside it instead.
